Test the earthing system of your fencer as shown below:
- Measure if there is at least 3000 V voltage on the fence at a minimum distance of 100 m from the earthing system.
- Cause a short circuit, that you will have less than 1000 Volt at the same spot on the fence. It can be done, by a T-post touching the fence.
- Measure the voltage of the earthing system. If there is less than 300 Volt, additional earthing bars have to be installed.
